The news seems out of my sight until recently (SHAME!) that SPR Malaysia has launch a website to allow Malaysia citizen to register their right to vote online via https://mysprdaftar.spr.gov.my
The steps seems easy and can be done via 3 steps and over the phone. Just need to prepare a phone and your IC, fill in all field in the web portal and upload the photo of your IC and you should get the registration done in no time.
